Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy to our customers.
If you wish to return your order, you can send the product to our warehouse address (given below) within 30 days of receiving the parcel, through any courier company of your choice:

Return Process
The customer will dispatch the parcel to our warehouse address through any courier company of their choice. Once we receive the parcel and the product passes inspection in good condition, we will proceed with the next step.
1) If the Customer is Returning by Choice (did not like the product): Refund includes the product amount + original delivery charges. The customer bears the return shipping charges. Refund is processed within 2–4 weeks.
Example: Product Rs. 1,000 + delivery Rs. 150 = customer refunded Rs. 1,150.
2) If the Return is Due to Our Mistake (wrong or defective product): We send a replacement instead of a refund. The customer bears no charges. We arrange and pay for the return courier. If replacement is higher priced, customer pays the difference; if lower, we refund the difference.
Note: If replacement is unavailable or not wanted, a full refund (product + delivery charges) is issued instead.

Shipping Policy
Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 days.
A fixed delivery charge of Rs. 150 applies to all orders.
If the product weight is above 0.5 kg, delivery charges may increase (the exact amount will be shown at the time of booking).
For orders of Rs. 2500 or above, delivery is FREE.

اگر آپ اپنا آرڈر ریٹرن کرنا چاہتے ہیں، تو پارسل موصول ہونے کی تاریخ سے 30 دن کے اندر کسی بھی نزدیکی کورئیر کمپنی کے ذریعے پروڈکٹ ہمارے ویئر ہاؤس ایڈریس پر بھیج سکتے ہیں:

Return Process
کسٹمر اپنی مرضی کی کسی بھی کورئیر کمپنی سے پارسل ہمارے ویئر ہاؤس ایڈریس پر ڈسپیچ کرے گا۔ جب پارسل ہمیں موصول ہوجائے گا اور انسپیکشن کے بعد پروڈکٹ ٹھیک کنڈیشن میں ہوگا، تو ہم اگلا پراسیس شروع کر دیں گے۔
1) اگر کسٹمر اپنی مرضی سے ریٹرن کر رہا ہے (پروڈکٹ پسند نہیں آیا): ریفنڈ میں پروڈکٹ کی امونٹ + اوریجنل ڈیلیوری چارجز شامل ہوں گے۔ ریٹرن شپمنٹ کے چارجز کسٹمر خود ادا کرے گا۔ ریفنڈ 2 سے 4 ہفتوں میں پراسیس ہوگا۔
مثال: پروڈکٹ Rs. 1,000 + ڈیلیوری Rs. 150 = کسٹمر کو Rs. 1,150 ریفنڈ ہوں گے۔
2) اگر ریٹرن ہماری غلطی کی وجہ سے ہے (رانگ یا خراب پروڈکٹ): ہم ریفنڈ کی بجائے ریپلیسمنٹ بھیجتے ہیں۔ کسٹمر پر کوئی چارجز نہیں ہوتے۔ ریٹرن کورئیر ہم خود اریج اور پے کرتے ہیں۔ اگر ریپلیسمنٹ زیادہ قیمت کا ہو تو فرق کسٹمر ادا کرے گا؛ کم ہو تو فرق واپس کیا جائے گا۔
نوٹ: اگر ریپلیسمنٹ دستیاب نہ ہو یا کسٹمر نہ چاہے، تو مکمل ریفنڈ (پروڈکٹ + ڈیلیوری چارجز) دیا جائے گا۔

اگر پروڈکٹ کا وزن 0.5 kg سے زیادہ ہو، تو ڈیلیوری چارجز بڑھ سکتے ہیں (صحیح امونٹ بکنگ کے وقت دکھایا جائے گا)۔
Rs. 2500 یا اس سے زیادہ کے آرڈرز پر ڈیلیوری فری ہے۔
