Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy to our customers.
If you wish to return your order, you can send the product to our warehouse address (given below) within 30 days of receiving the parcel, through any courier company of your choice:

Return Process
The customer will dispatch the parcel to our warehouse address through any courier company of their choice. Once we receive the parcel and the product passes inspection in good condition, we will proceed with the next step.
1) If the Customer is Returning by Choice (did not like the product): Refund includes the product amount + original delivery charges. The customer bears the return shipping charges. Refund is processed within 2–4 weeks.
Example: Product Rs. 1,000 + delivery Rs. 150 = customer refunded Rs. 1,150.
2) If the Return is Due to Our Mistake (wrong or defective product): We send a replacement instead of a refund. The customer bears no charges. We arrange and pay for the return courier. If replacement is higher priced, customer pays the difference; if lower, we refund the difference.
Note: If replacement is unavailable or not wanted, a full refund (product + delivery charges) is issued instead.

Shipping Policy
Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 days.
A fixed delivery charge of Rs. 150 applies to all orders.
If the product weight is above 0.5 kg, delivery charges may increase (the exact amount will be shown at the time of booking).
For orders of Rs. 2500 or above, delivery is FREE.
